1.1 - We are the "Promoter" of all prize draw competitions on this website, we make sure it runs and operates properly and with equal fairness. 2.1 - Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over. 2.2 - The following persons are not eligible to enter: • Employees of the "Promoter" and their immediate family members. • Anyone professionally connected with the administration and or "Promoters" of the website. 2.3 - We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and may require proof of age, identity, or residential address before confirming entries or awarding prizes.

You can enter this promotion in one of two ways: Free Postal Entry (Via Post) or Online Entry 3.1 - Online entry via the website: 3.1a - You must create an account, it is your responsibility to keep your details safe, make sure you use a safe and secure password, you do not want anyone accessing your account. 3.1b - You may enter by following the instructions on the website, please ensure all of your details are correct, we are not responsible for you providing in accurate details. 3.1c - Once you have entered, your entry will be confirmed under the "My Tickets" section. 3.2 - Free Postal Entry (Via Post): 3.2a - A free postal entry route is available for every competition. Free postal entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries. 3.2b - To enter by post, you must send a postcard or letter (not in an envelope) to the postal address displayed on the competition page. 3.2c - Your postcard or letter must include the following information clearly written: • Your FULL name • Your EMAIL address • Your TELEPHONE number • Your USERNAME • The TITLE of the competition you wish to enter 3.2d - Postal entries must be sent via First Class or Second Class post only. Postal entries sent via Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery, or courier services will not be accepted. 3.2e - Only one entry is permitted per postcard or letter. Multiple entries written on a single postcard or letter will be disqualified. 3.2f - You may send multiple separate postcards or letters to submit multiple free entries. There is no limit to the number of free postal entries you may submit for a competition. 3.2g - Each valid postal entry will be assigned a random ticket number by our system. 3.2h - Once your postal entry is processed, you will receive: Email confirmation, Details of your assigned ticket number(s), Access to view your tickets in the "My Tickets" section of the website 3.2i - Your entry into the draw will only be valid once you have received a confirmation email, you will also see the ticket appear under the "My Tickets" page. 3.2j - If you do not have an existing account on our website, we will create one for you using the contact details provided on your postcard. 3.2k - Postal entries must be received by us before the competition closing date and time to be valid. We recommend allowing sufficient postal delivery time. 3.3 - Entry Validation: 3.3a - Only entries received and confirmed before the competition closing date and time will be valid. 3.3b - Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. 3.3c - You must create an online account and may only enter on your own behalf.

4.1 - Maximum entry limits per person may apply to online entries and will be clearly stated on each draw page. 4.2 - Free postal entries (via post) have no maximum limit, provided each entry is submitted on a separate postcard or letter as specified in section 3.2. 4.3 - Any attempt to circumvent entry limits or submit fraudulent entries may result in disqualification and permanent ban from the website, we reserve all rights to do so.

5.1 - The prize for each draw will be clearly described on the relevant draw page, including its estimated retail value. 5.2 - Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items unless explicitly stated otherwise. 5.3 - Cash alternatives may be offered at the "Promoter's" discretion, typically at 75% of the prize's stated retail value. 5.4 - We reserve the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control. 5.5 - If a competition sells out while you are attempting to complete a ticket purchase, you may be offered website credit of equivalent value as an alternative.

6.1 - All prize draws are conducted live and broadcast in real-time via our website. 6.2 - The draw date and time for each competition is clearly displayed on the competition page and will not be changed once published. 6.3 - During the live draw, a random number is generated live on screen to determine the winning ticket number. This process ensures complete transparency and fairness. 6.4 - All valid entries (both paid and free postal entries) are included in the draw and have an equal probability of being selected as the winner. 6.5 - Users may watch the live draw in real-time. All draws are recorded and available for review. 6.6 - The Promoter's decision regarding the draw result and all matters relating to the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

7.1 - Each competition has a clearly stated closing date and time, after which no further entries will be accepted. 7.2 - As the Promoter, we will not extend any competition closing dates under any circumstances. Once a competition has closed at its advertised date and time, it is final. No late entries (paid or postal) will be accepted or processed. 7.3 - For postal entries, it is your responsibility to ensure your entry is received by us before the closing date. We recommend posting well in advance to account for postal delays.

8.1 - Winners will be notified via email and/or telephone using the contact details provided at the time of entry. 8.2 - Winners must respond to confirm their prize claim within 28 days of the initial notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner. 8.3 - Prizes will be delivered free of charge to a valid UK mainland address provided by the winner. 8.4 - We aim to dispatch prizes within 14 days of a confirmed claim, subject to availability. 8.5 - We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our reasonable control. 8.6 - Proof of delivery may be required for high-value prizes.

9.1 - Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a competition page, competitions will proceed regardless of the number of entries received. 9.2 - Where a minimum entry requirement is clearly stated on the competition page and that minimum is not achieved by the closing date, we reserve the right to: • Extend the competition closing date to allow more entries, or • Offer an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value, or • Provide a full refund to all paid entrants 9.3 - In such cases, all entrants will be notified via email of the action taken.

10.1 - All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined below. 10.2 - If a competition is cancelled by the Promoter for any reason, all paid entries for that competition will be refunded in full within 14 days. 10.3 - WEBSITE MALFUNCTION POLICY: In the event of a confirmed website malfunction or technical failure that prevents a competition from being conducted fairly and transparently, the affected competition will be voided. All ticket purchases for the voided competition will be fully refunded within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 14 days). 10.4 - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, or as website credit at our discretion.

11.1 - We strive to maintain a reliable, secure, and up-to-date website. However, the platform may occasionally experience bugs, glitches, or technical issues. 11.2 - REPORTING BUGS & GLITCHES: If you discover any bugs, glitches, errors, or suspicious behavior on the website, you must report them to us immediately. Report issues to: support@awardarcade.com 11.3 - Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors for personal gain is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action. 11.4 - We regularly update and improve our platform to provide the best possible user experience.

12.1 - By entering a competition, winners consent to the use of their username and general location (county or region) for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels. 12.2 - Winners may request that their real name not be published, in which case only their username will be displayed. 12.3 - We will never publish a winner's full address, telephone number, or email address publicly.

13.1 - All personal data collected during registration, entry (including postal entries), and prize claims is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2018. 13.2 - Your data will be used solely for administering competitions, contacting winners, delivering prizes, and processing entries unless you have opted in to receive marketing communications. 13.3 - For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

14.1 - You agree to use our website and services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. 14.2 - We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or disqualify any user who: • Attempts to manipulate the entry process, draw results, or platform functionality • Uses automated scripts, bots, or software to enter competitions • Creates multiple accounts to bypass entry limits or abuse promotions • Engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior • Knowingly exploits bugs or glitches without reporting them • Violates any applicable laws or regulations 14.3 - Disqualified users will forfeit all entries, prizes, and account balances without refund.

15.1 - While we make every effort to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that it will be free from bugs or errors. 15.2 - We accept no responsibility for entries (paid or postal) that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason, including but not limited to postal delays or technical failures. 15.3 - We are not liable for: • Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions • Any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or participation in competitions • Any errors, bugs, or glitches that may occur on the platform • Delays in prize delivery caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control 15.4 - To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or disappointment of any kind arising from your participation in our competitions or use of our services. 15.5 - Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
